Some people were actually making EXCUSES for the cop assaulting this girl!
Yes. This teen girl was probably needing discipline. The parents likely failed at doing so.
But this in no way excuses the Police to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT her!
If anyone else did this, they would be in jail. Period.
